Simon Acres Recruitment are working with an incredible company based in Leeds who are looking for a
Marketing Manager to join them on their journey. Our client has won multiple awards this year and has big plans for 2023.

Salary starting at Circa £40,000 p/a + Bonus Opportunity for Hybrid Working

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

To be a senior member of the marketing team and support the growth of revenue and margin by building awareness, driving lead generation and sales through existing and prospective customers.

You will be responsible for coordinating and driving strong, customer-focused marketing campaigns that support key business objectives and KPI's.

To create and manage tactical marketing campaigns. To work autonomously as well as with the team on campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are managed within agreed budgets and timescales.
To track and analyse the performance of campaigns (e.g. through lead generation, GP, team KPI's) and use this data to recommend improvements for future campaigns.
To contribute ideas for future improvements in their marketing activity and to implement changes in agreement with the Marketing Director.
To ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with our client's brand identity and reflect the company's values.
To work collaboratively with and build strong work relationships with key suppliers (including creative and PR agencies, photographers, printers etc) to ensure they work effectively with our client and are always aligned to their brand and values.
To contribute to the development and maintenance of the website.
To organise events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with their staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise.
To manage, coach and develop Marketing Executives within the team.
Strong organisational skills.
Broad based knowledge of MS Office suite.
Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
Significant knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix.
Commercially focused B2B Marketing.
Experience in implementation of multichannel integrated marketing campaigns.
Positive attitude.
