Quality / Health & Safety Administrator - Maternity cover - 1 year - Immediate Start available


Your duties will be wide and varied and you will be responsible for all aspects of the ADMINISTRATION and the capture of DATA associated within Quality / H&S / Environmental issues across the business.


Role Objectives

  • To assist in the quality objectives of our client
  • Ensure all quality requirements are met
  • To implement the requirements of the Health & Safety requirements
  • To undertake the administration required by EU & UK legislation and follow official procedures required for all quality requirements.
  • To assist in meeting the companies Environmental and Ethical requirements.
  • To answer telephone queries and make outward calls to various sites to follow up with outstanding documentation and/or queries.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check incoming quality certificates and input data in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance of all records for GMP, Cert ID & TASCC requirements.
  • Update and record Training spreadsheet as required.
  • Review daily, purchase and sale contracts ensuring quality assurance is being maintained.
  • Collate, investigate and respond to customer complaints as required.
  • Arrange and collate analysis on all cargos daily.
  • Input and collate feed safety data for authorities
  • Review shipping and analysis requirements for incoming cargos as required.
  • Issue feed labels as per EC 767/2009 requirements as required.
  • Collate and manage a spreadsheet of Approved suppliers accreditations as required.
  • Collate and manage a spreadsheet of product temperature monitoring daily
  • Process quality invoices daily.
  • Issue and supply track and traces requests as required.
  • Record H&S data as required.
  • Assist in collation of environmental data as required
  • Spreadsheet management, Project work as required and any other tasks as required.


You will work within an excellent team environment and will also have the opportunity to gain experience in other areas and play a role in a range of projects.
