Monday - Friday 7:30-13:30 ( possible overtime available)

£10.42 per Hour

Role Purpose / Overview
Cooking and serving meals, Washing up, serving ,till work and cleaning down after your shift. Organised person a must as well as a good all-rounder

Activities and Responsibilities

Full knowledge of all menu items served
Management of production to ensure mínimal wastage
Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents
Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction

Serving on Counter & Tills

Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
Undertake relevant training as required

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications

Required:
NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent

Food hygiene certificate - Level 2

Experience
Previous experience in a Food Production role within catering or retail

Good level of spoken English
