Description

To support our plans for significant growth, we are currently recruiting two
Area Security Supervisors to join our team in Bolton.

Hours:

42 hours per week
4 on/off (days)
08:00 20:00
Regular overtime available

Pay & Benefits
- £26,208 rising the £27,300 per year after successful completion of probationary period and training

Role

To conduct supervisory visits including staff welfare checks, out of hours visits and other compliance checks
To provide operational cover when shortfalls exist in the schedule, at short notice if required.
To liaise, support and assist the Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure shifts are scheduled and fulfilled as per client requirements.
To conduct basic HR related support duties including investigations, disciplinaries, employment reviews, in accordance with company policies and in consultation with the Business Support Team.
To complete sitespecific assignment instructions and risk assessments as/when required
To ensure that employees are suitably trained and inducted for their roles and have the correct uniform.
To assist the Business Support Team in the recruitment of new employees as per the requirements of the role.
To complete control room duties including monitoring and responding to missed book ons, off and check call alerts
To complete routine site patrols, locks, unlocks, vacant property inspections and attend alarm activations using a company vehicle
To ensure all company policies and procedures are followed accordingly
To ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard using a company mobile phone/app
To be smart and presentable, giving a professional image of the service at all times.
To undertake and fully satisfy all required SIA licensing and other jobspecific training requirements.
To provide and conduct training as and when required

Excellent communication and customer service skills is

Confidence and ability to deal with difficult situations (including those involving conflict) is
essential.
Eligible to work in the UK is

A 5 year verifiable work history is
