About YouWe are looking to expand our area Sales Team and recruit a Sales Consultant in the Warwickshire area. You will have customer-focussed sales experience gained within housebuilding, hospitality, care, or travel.
You will need to be customer centric and can foster and deliver a positive customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.
What the Sales Consultant role involves
At McCarthy Stone we place our customers at the very heart of our culture and core values, as our Sales Consultant you will bring enthusiasm, tenacity, and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver the sales which encompasses lead generation and qualification; developing interest and commitment; negotiating pricing, closing sales; whilst ensuring that the customers remain informed, engaged, and committed through to sales completion.

You will have:
- Previous customerfocussed sales experience is a prerequisite, gained within a similar environment, whether that is within housebuilding, hospitality, or care.
- Previous experience of outbound calling, coupled with proven conversation rate of visit to reservation would be advantageous
- A valid UK
Drivers Licence:
in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site
You will be:
- Highly competent in questioning and listening to gain a genuine understanding of the customers' requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to suit customer needs
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Proficient organisation and time management skills
- Ability to handle and manage difficult conversations with customers and third parties
- Results driven, able to use own initiative, think outside the box, multitask, and work to multiple deadlines.
