This role is to cover maternity leave for 14 months.
Basic Purpose of Role
- Provide a high quality customer focussed PA and secretarial support to the Company's Management Team. To inspire each other with a 'can do' attitude and to build strong teams in order to deliver consistently great service everyday, delighting and exceeding customer expectations.
Main Duties
- To provide an exemplary PA/secretarial support to the board, which will include:
- Typing
- Photocopying and despatching outgoing correspondence
- Managing diary schedule
- Record and pass on messages accurately
- Arranging internal and external meetings and preparing necessary documentation
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Compilation of expense claim forms
- Maintenance of filing system
- Greeting visitors
- Minute and note taking
Special Working Conditions
- May be a requirement to work additional hours as necessary.
- To work on a flexible basis if required.
