About our client

Our client, a global multi-asset investment fund are currently looking to hire a HR Manager to join their London office team.

The fund, which operates across multiple jurisdictions and has over 100 people globally are currently building out the operationalinfrastructure of their business by making a number of key hires to help take them to the next level.

Over the past couple of years, the fund has significantly grown their AUM.

They are looking to continue this growth and have a number of acquisitions linedup for the coming year, making it a very exciting time to join.


What the job involves
As the HR Manager, you will cover a very broad generalist HR remit.

You will be working closely with the funds Global Head of Human Capital and play a major part in helping to align the organisations people and business strategy.

Working in a team of two, youwill gain some great exposure to the business, regularly liaising with senior stakeholders and having autonomy to bring ideas to the table.

This is a brand new hire for the fund and is a fantastic opportunity for an up and coming HR professional to reallygrow their responsibility level and skill set.


  • Performance, development and remuneration support
  • Support as well as lead on the fund's global people strategies
  • All levels of employment relations, training and evaluation globally
  • Systems and process management
  • Day to day generalist HR support across the business
  • Recruitment and talent management support
  • Adhoc operational based people tasks

Who we are looking for:


  • HR experience gained within the financial services sector
  • Experience of working within a smaller investment house would be advantageous
  • Proven knowledge of operational HR tasks
  • Can demonstrate previous task and project management
  • Analytically strong with previous exposure to compensation
