Sales Negotiator - North Leeds - Up to £26,000
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a fantastic new role based in the North Leeds area? Fancy joining a friendly team with excellent training and a great basic salary?

This could be the role for you


Due to continued success, a leading Independent Estate Agency based in Leeds, are looking for a superb Sales Negotiator to work as part of an established and friendly team.


What will you be doing

  • Working in an established team of property professionals in this busy branch
  • Working towards strict daily, weekly and monthly targets, along with agreed KPIs, ensuring your branch is profitable
  • Dealing with any enquiries from Vendors, Purchasers, resolving any problems before they arise
  • Promoting the company's additional products, such as Financial Services and Auctions and ensuring your team are aware of these
  • Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
  • Business generation and prospecting
  • Negotiating offers and responsible for own sales progression
  • Conducting viewings in a friendly and professional manner

What you will have

  • You will have at least one years' experience as a Sales Negotiator or Property Consultant with residential sales experience
  • Good knowledge of the local area
  • An ambitious individual who loves to negotiate a deal
  • Your strong interpersonal and communication skills mean you find it easy to build and maintain relationships with both clients and potential purchasers

What you will receive

  • Up to £26,000 annual salary DOE
  • General bonus package
  • Regular team socials
  • Monday to Friday, 8.45am 5.30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9am3pm with a day off in lieu for working two Saturdays
