Description

We are currently looking for a Data Recorder to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to Oral Health promotion team clinical teams delivering a broad range of large scale community outreach programmes.

You will act as an ambassador for the Service, promoting the highest standards of excellence in working practices.

You will support the clinical teams and school intervention programme visits during the academic year and during school term breaks offer admin support to the Project teams.

You will ensure stock levels are maintained and inform the Project Support Officers when stock is running low.

You will support a cohesive team approach and be able to develop and strengthen working relationships both internally and externally.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to act as a professional contact point for all enquiries with the ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and empathy.
