Job Title:
Trainee Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Potters Bar, Hertfordshire


Salary:
£19,500 - £21,000 per annum

Contract:

Permanent, Full Time - Monday - Friday, 9am-5.00 pm, rota on for one late shift per week pm / One in two Saturdays, 9.00 am - 1.00pm.

Our client who was established over 20 years ago and provide customers with bespoke services tailored to suit their needs are urgently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join their successful business.

No sales experience is required; however, the successful applicant must have previous customer service experience and a confident, resilient telephone manner.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience working towards KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing the highest level of customer service via inbound calls
  • Signing up new customers for their insurance policy
  • Advising customers on data regarding reducing claims statistics
  • Offering the clients full services adhering to legislation and compliance
