Permanent Role 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Grade F £23,893 - £25,979 per annum

Are you looking for
- a full-time role OR
- a part time role / job share with flexible hours

The role requires the ability to manage and carry out planned works and you will need to travel to other school sites within our Trust to complete work as needed.

You will be working alongside the Trust Estate & Facilities Officer and other Estates Team members, or alone according to the work required.

The ability to liaise with contractors and order materials, as well as monitor and oversee planned works to completion are essential.

This is a support staff role with SMART Trust and comes with the benefits of generous paid annual leave, Local Government Pension, sick pay scheme, training and development, and a welcoming and supportive working environment.

The role can be based at any of the SMART Trust schools with travel to other sites in South East Cornwall as necessary.

good building/maintenance experience

- good organisational skills
- good interpersonal/communication skills
- a desire to complete all jobs to the highest of standards
