Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to be based in Manchester

Duties for this role will include

  • Undertaking periodic inspections of assets to identify repair/maintenance works outside the service charge regime and potential development opportunities.
  • Planning and delivering refurbishment projects of all sizes from single shop to improvement schemes up to £1m.
  • Preparing or procuring through external consultants, working drawings and detail drawings for client projects.
  • Preparing of cost plans and schedules of work.
  • Liaising with the accounts team to process invoices
  • Assisting in the appointment and project management of multidisciplinary teams for larger projects £1m to 10m.
  • Working with the client in strategic planning to maximise potential development projects.
  • Seeking out and recommending further development opportunities and presenting proposals to the Directors
Pay is £70000 per annum
