Inclusion Independence is a Stourbridge based Care Company that specialize in supporting adults with disabilities in a care home on a day-to-day basis.

Our company is a company that focuses on Social Inclusion for adults with Disabilities in the community. We do this by having a person-centred approach that encourages building positive relationships with the service users. We have been recently rated as Good by CQC for the care we provide.

We are now recruiting for a full time Carers to join our existing fun and friendly team.

Duties include supporting service users to:
Cook

Clean

Shop

Complete laundry

Meet Cultural Needs

Access the community

Working on a shift basis

Applicants will require experience of working in the care sector, staff will be expected to provide support for a young male with Autism as part of a team in Stourbridge.

In return we offer the following:

Salary of up to £11 per hour dependant on qualifications
Sleep ins paid at £67.50
Ongoing training and development
Mileage paid at 40 pence per mile
Career Progression (all of our Home Managers have come from being promoted internally)

£10.42-£11.50 per hour
