Trident, a leading MSP (Managed Service Provider) based in the Southeast, seeks a driven and dynamic professional to join our team within
Resource Management .

As our company experiences rapid growth and looks toward future expansion, this position will continue to fulfil current and ongoing exciting projects and give an excellent opportunity for the individual to explore new and emerging technologies.

The core responsibilities within the designated department of
Resource Management are:

  • Identify and organise all resources in the Technical team to ensure efficient, profitable and timely delivery of any scheduled work.
  • Provide incident and outage response support, and immediately escalate any potential issues.
  • Capture all operational adjustments, amendments, and absence/ holidays to ensure accurate realtime reporting.
  • Assist with fleet management of all company vehicles.
  • Review client budgets and escalate or query any inconsistencies.
  • Regular communication with clients confirming appointments and general queries.
  • Monitor process issues to ensure efficient feedback or rectifications that take place.
  • Give visibility on service delivery risks by working closely with the Operations team and Business Managers.
  • Continued assessment of security, Integrity, and availability.
  • Continued assessment of regulatory and compliance requirements for both Trident and its clients. Working to ISO 27001, 14001 and 9001 requirements along with Trident's operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a collaborative work ethic that prioritises a humancentred approach.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problemsolving and consistently seeks effective solutions.
  • Exhibit forwardthinking, considering the broader implications of tasks on the overall business objectives.
  • Uphold a high standard of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
  • Extensive diary management. Possess prior experience in a fastpaced scaleup environment.
