Are you an immediately available HR coordinator with strong note-taking experience?
Handle are working with a global media and entertainment company on a 3-month redundancy project.

They are looking to bring on an experienced and switched-on coordinator to handle the administrative support during this time of change.


This is a high level coordination role, working with the VP of People to prepare for a restructure & collective consultation process, then supporting the collective consultation meetings, as well as subsequent individuals consultation meetings.


Key skills:


  • Good planning & organisational skills
  • Excellent notetaking and write up
  • Good excel skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting on change/ redundancy project would be ideal to understand the HR context.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great business who pride themselves on leading a rigorous and risk-adverse process and whilst gaining experience working directly with senior stakeholders.

This role will paid on a 35/40k day rate equivalent.
