Description

Role is part of a regional team supporting the design, development and communication of Oracle's compensation and benefit policies across the UK, Ireland and Israel and the Technology line of business across EMEA.


Key responsibilities

  • Assists with the execution of the global reward philosophy across the region and implementation of global programmes on compensation and benefits such as the annual compensation review process.
  • Helps to develop the benefit design and is responsible for the implementation of the benefits programmes for the UK, Ireland and Israel.
  • Assists with the UK pension plans, both a legacy DB plan and a DC plan.
  • Manages the UK flexible benefits programme and annual enrolment process e.g. benefit fairs. Collaborates with HR Operations on the system requirements for the annual process.
  • Manages external vendors, brokers and consultants on annual renewals and the development of new programmes and services.
  • Monitors, coordinates and analyses the cost of the benefit programmes.
  • Collaborates closely with HR Business Partners on guidance on C&B, the introduction of new initiatives and communication to employees.
  • Partners on the market salary ranges.
  • Partners across departments to solve compensationrelated business problems and provide compensation guidance.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 3+ years of meaningful experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Degree educated.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problemsolving skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Preferably advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to lead projects to timely completion with confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative manner and take initiative to try to find solutions to resolve problems and resilience to bring projects to a conclusion.
  • Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team
