Description

A successful, driven specialist multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking for a CDM Consultant to join their high calibre team of construction professionals to work on a selection of high end, high value projects in the private and public sector.

A fantastic chance to work with a variety of high end projects from fit out to new build, providing duties as CDM Consultant advising on CDM compliance from conception through to completion.

The company could also consider a more junior member to join their team so would be an excellent chance to kick start your career within the CDM and preconstruction health and safety sector.

The Successful CDM Consultant
The successful CDM Consultant should ideally hold the following:

NEBOSH Certificate as minimum
Technical membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)
MUST HAVE at least 6 months to 1 years' experience working a Construction H&S role
Must have practical working knowledge of CDM2015 Regulations
Excellent organisation and presentation skills

In Return?

Salary of Between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum
Holiday 25 days per year
Pension: 5% Employee / 3% Employer

Discretionary Bonus Scheme Paid Annually
