    Remote Sales with no company car: This is a fully remote sales position focused on digital lead generation and virtual client meetings.
    No company car is provided as the role is designed for online sales success.
    Strong virtual selling skills are essential.

    Industry Experience: You bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience from a shipping line, freight forwarder, or customs agency environment.
    Network Savvy: You're comfortable using MS Teams, CRM systems, International Forwarder Network Groups, and digital tools to generate leads and close deals remotely.
    Relationship Builder: You thrive on building rapport and turning prospects into loyal clients.
    Your communication skills are top-notch, both written and verbal.
    Hunting for Gold: You're a master of prospecting, unearthing new leads through diverse channels like cold calls, events, and market research.
    Pipeline King/Queen: You build and nurture robust pipelines, meticulously tracking progress and ensuring deals move forward smoothly.
    Target Terminator: Setting and exceeding ambitious sales targets is your middle name.
    You motivate and lead others to achieve the same.
    Decision Maker Magnet: You're adept at forging strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, opening doors to new opportunities.

    A company laptop will be provided.
    Remote Working Requirements: Expert in Microsoft Teams for virtual client meetings.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
    Strong phone and digital communication skills.
    Ability to work without a supervision.
    Must be a self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
    Essential to have Strong self-discipline in a remote environment.
    A Day in Your Role: Proactively identifying and engaging high-quality leads through B2B platforms, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients across digital channels and the forwarder networks.
    Managing and promptly responding to all customer inquiries and quote requests.
    Developing deeper relationships with current customers to generate additional business opportunities.
    Finding competitive air, sea, and road freight rates for client proposals.
    Creating and sharing engaging content on LinkedIn to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
    Maintaining an active LinkedIn presence through regular posting, messaging, and strategic outreach.
    Identifying and participating in relevant industry events for networking and lead generation.
    Preparing and sending professional quotes and proposals to prospects and clients.
    Supporting customers with shipment-related queries and providing solutions to any challenges.
    Perfect Background: 2-3 years experience in: Shipping lines' pricing/inside sales departments or, Customs clearance agencies' sales teams or, Freight Forwarders' sales teams Proven track record in sales and/or business development.
