REMONDIS is seeking to appoint a new member to its plant maintenance team and is interested in hearing from suitable applicants.

REMONDIS already provides extensive recycling and waste services in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, and Australia and is seeking to grow its business in the UK.

• To carry out servicing on plant and machines
• To complete work using the 'right first time' approach
• To efficiently diagnose standard faults and to continuously improve working methods and standards.
• Liase with the Plant Manager if the repair diagnosis is more complex
• Reports current and potential faults and service requirements noticed whilst working on a machine to the plant manager and obtain parts prices if requested to do so.
• Ensures maximum use of technical knowledge and skills to achieve effective, economic, and safe service
• Complete all records as required.

• At least one years' experience
• Understands own responsibilities for health and Safety at work
• Accepts training in basic health and safety awareness and the specific risks and controls in their workplace and adheres to the training outcomes and requirements.
• Complies with company policy and management requirements to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
• Reports promptly to management any matters which may affect health or safety at work.
• Awareness of the need for good housekeeping and for keeping the work are clean, tidy and secure.
• Strong communication skills

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
