Are you an experienced Paralegal? Or do you have experience as a Legal Assistant?
Are you a positive team player, with Litigation experience?

This is a great opportunity to build on your current litigation experience with the opportunities to take on small matters as your own cases and long term progression.

You will work alongside a supportive, friendly and technical Partner, with their open door policy and a relaxed environment.

Our client is based in central Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their reputable and successful team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Paralegal duties
Assisting partners Property mainly also employment, commercial litigation, construction
Client calls
New enquiries
Dealing with new instructions
Meetings and hearings (sitting with barristers no advocacy)
Creation of legal bundles ( software bundle doc)
Instructions to counsel
Day to day small claims matters
Being point of contact on own files

Salary:
Competitive DOE

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
