The Role
**The roles and responsibilities for Recruiter Partner: - **- Taking detailed job briefs from stakeholders, mapping out time to hire, agreeing deliverable dates and supporting teams.

  • Provide clear market insights reports that supports your talent acquisition strategy.
**To be successful in this Recruiter Partner: - **- 2+ years' experience in a recruitment role preferably within a Retail sector but open to any background.

  • Open to people from agency or inhouse experience but must have operated Specialist or Executive level.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management & the confidence to challenge thinking
  • Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise work schedule.
  • Experience across the entire talent acquisition process.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the rest of the TA team.
