Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Social worker in Quality Assurance Team In Nottingham City
"There is an identified need linked to the Ofsted improvement plan for increased capacity in the Quality Assurance Team. This recruitment of 2 social workers will relieve pressure on front line workers and managers by removing from them this additional activity_
The post ideally would be hybrid working

4 days at home and 1 in the office (Wednesday is the teams day in the office).

However, if there is a health-related issue which makes that difficult they could be flexible as long as the work is completed.

We are looking for full time hours, if however, someone would like to do condense hours so 5 days worth of hours in 4 days they couldbe flexible about this.

Essential Requirements:

Social Work Qualification
Degree or equivalent
At least 2 years experience as a social worker within childrens services
Social Work England Registration
Driving license and access to own vehicle
