We are searching for an incredible, customer focused individual to be the point of contact for all investors across the private rental sector portfolio.

Our Investor Relations Coordinator would promote a positive image of the urbanbubble brand, provide excellent customer service to our clients and win new business.

This role is full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

What will you do?**- Liaise with existing clients to continue to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Assist with generating new business to meet team monthly targets set by line manager and successfully on boarding new clients.
  • Be the main point of contact for any enquires from investors or their representatives through to resolution.
  • Assisting the lettings team to produce marketing material
  • Help production of monthly newsletters
  • Attending investor and sales agent meetings
  • Liaising with client regarding timing and value of payments
  • Regular client reporting (cash collection, arrears, investor payments, tenant balances etc.)
  • Updating of all investor databases and information on property software system
Update and maintain the registration or amendments to landlord licenses


What are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fantastic organisation skills with good attention to detail
  • Previous sales experience and comfortable working towards targets
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be confident in handing complaints and difficult situations
