We're looking for someone like that to:
be part of our Group Treasury Operations
xVA team in London;

- drive the automation agenda by designing, developing and implementing automated solutions;
- identify significant drivers of exceptions to facilitate the timely resolution of breaks;
- collaborate effectively with partner functions to enhance processes and eliminate recurring issues / exceptions.

Your team

You'll be working in the Group Treasury Operations xVA team in London, which is a middle office function aligned to the Group Treasury business division. We are a control function that performs a suite of controls and processes around the firms xVA calculation engine (Risk Analytics). In addition, you will play a key part in the GT Optimisation Agenda, primarily by collaborating closely with partners in the GT business automate key processes.

Your expertise

You have:

- an understanding of financial markets, products and processes;
- some familiarity and knowledge of xVA's and Counterparty Risk;
- experience of automating processes (using Python, Alteryx etc.);
- previously used SQL to query databases;
- the ability to analyse large and often complex data sets.

You are:

- able to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear manner to a range of audiences;
- proactive, driven and results-oriented;
- able to plan, organize and monitor your own day-to-day work with mínimal guidance;
- a dedicated team player and able to collaborate across functions to deliver results;
- highly responsible, self-motivated, efficient and able to work under pressure;
- always motivated to find innovative solutions rather than accept the status quo;
- a clear communication style.
