Business Administrator
Based in Edinburgh City Centre
£10.51 per hour + holiday pay
REED Business Support are pleased to be working with an organisation based in Edinburgh City Centre who are looking to recruit a Business Administrator on a minimum 6 month contract.
The client have advised there is a strong chance the position will becomepermanent so it could be a great chance to guarantee long-term work.
Details:
- Monday
- Friday (9am 5pm hours per week
- Fully office based
- Immediate start
Duties:
- Receiving customer questionnaires and adding details to the system
- Electronic and paperbased filing
- Pulling reports and other files when requested
- Maintaining databases
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Sending correspondence to customers
What we're looking for:
- Experience in an Office Admin or Customer Service role in the last 3 years
- Experience working on the Microsoft Package
- Good telephone manner
- Data input accuracy
