What you'll do


This role forms a critical part of Vodafone's in-house media team; you will be taking full strategic and operational accountability of the 'Home Broadband' Paid Search activation, within the Biddable Media Team.

You will also be responsible for training and overseeing a Paid Search Executive.


As the Paid Search Specialist, you will have strong industry experience, with a track record of driving performance uplift on enterprise-level accounts.

You will have experience and understanding of platforms, including Google and Bing.

We will be looking for some management experience, analysis skills, appreciation of the digital marketing landscape, organized approach and strong stakeholder management skills.


To be successful in this role you have both credible technical expertise and experience, but also the ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment, and in collaborating / influencing across teams.


Who you are

You will need the following skills/experience:

  • Hands-on and operational experience of search technology platforms i.e. Google Ads, SA360.
  • Search PPC knowledge including account and keyword strategies, remarketing, KPI's and targets, script development / account automation tools, and related products e.g. Google Shopping.
  • Good knowledge of analytics, tracking tag management / implementation, and working with DMP's with experience of creating audience segments, pushing these to execution, campaign optimisation, and evaluation i.e. Google analytics.
  • Understanding of dashboard technologies.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Good communication skills.
