We are an independent family run business with a beautiful backdrop of the Devon Countryside. We are looking for a new team member to join our existing team ASAP.

Essential qualities

  • Team members must be friendly & approachable with a genuine smile
  • Be well presented with good personal hygiene & punctuality
  • Have a passion for good customer service
  • Must be able to work as part of a team, independently and follow direction but should be preemptive of customer needs.
- must have hospitality experience
- must be over 18 years of age due to licensing laws


Desirable qualities:

  • Food hygiene certificate & health & safety experience (HACCP)
  • Coffee machine trained
- experience of both bar & restaurant
- dealing with large groups

Own transport is required due to location & lack of public transport to the village.


We require a team member for a range of shifts across the week which include some lunch, evening and weekends.

You will not be expected to work every weekend and the pub is closed on Mondays.
