Description

• Assist Compliance and department requiring to process KYC
• Manage and proceed KYC of future customer(s) and maintenance of existing customer(s), prepare documentation for any due KYC for senior management of the Branch or/and Head Office

• Perform KYC procedure for new customer and KYC refresh for existing customer
• Monitor overall KYC and to update any changes
• Make contact and obtain necessary documents from existing or potential customers for KYC purpose
• Cooperate and report KYC process to Compliance officer and other necessary department
• Establish and implement action plans for all past due KYC
• Entering all pertinent data on KYC and keep the KYC file fully documented and collection progress
• Provide proper information to assist senior management in maintaining a fully completed KYC

• Work Visa holders who have the right to live and work in the U.K without restrictions
• Bachelor's degree in related field(Finance, accounting, economics, or business) or relevant industry expertise
• High proficiency in Korean/English speaking and writing
• Extensive knowledge of lending practice and related regulations
• Analytical skills to properly monitor and evaluate and control various transactions(Loan, Deposit and F/X etc.)
• Capability to establish and maintain communication and relationship with customers
• Strong self/timemanagement skills
• Superior communication skills with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds

• Status : Full-Time or Part-Time available
• Salary : £12 per hour
• Schedule : 8 hrs / 5 days (Mon-Fri)

• 1st: Document review (Written review of submitted documents such as resume, selfintroduction letter, and certificate)
• 2nd: Interview (comprehensive evaluation of skills required for job performance through interview and foreign language evaluation)
