Description

The team works within a maritime multi-agency centre, looking to understand and mitigate national security threats in the maritime domain across our defined core modes (Commercial maritime, General maritime, Freight, Ports and Infrastructure and Cruise).


The role involves seeking opportunities to improve the CT network's intelligence picture through engagement and operational activity as well as providing specialist maritime support to the CT network and wider maritime policing.


This role requires someone with a strong background in handling and developing intelligence in line with national guidelines, utilising the various tools and methods at their disposal to develop intelligence and mitigate risks in the maritime.


Experience of working within the CT Network or the maritime domain is not essential as training and professional development will be provided to the post holder.

The role requires the post holder to undertake call-out duties.
