  • Partners with Content Leadership and crossfunctional teams to set and maintain editorial standards and best practices across all channels that bolsters brand voice, tone, and strategy.
  • Following marketplace and Spreetail Content best practices, a Content Specialistedits and publisheshighquality and errorfree launches of new product listings across all channels driving increased traffic, rankings, conversion, and GMV.
  • Supports content development by partnering with offshore Content team to ensure new Part Numbers, Multiples and Packagesadhereto content guidance and product information from thenew itemsetup sheet, style guide, marketplace guidelines, and team priorities.
  • Has a strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and developsfluencyin"Spreetail Voice."
  • Develops a strong understanding of copy, imaging,product categorization, and attribution across marketplaces to enhance content quality, customer experience, and traffic across all channels.
  • Executes content revision through Helpdesk Ticket requests and listing audits from internal Spreetail partners.
  • Collaborates with brands and merchants to collect brand information, listing health needs, and vendor requirements/requests to create clear and concise notes which guide the creation of product listings.

  • You have a strong understanding and passion for ecommerce, preferably have experience in ecommerce and/or content creation
  • You have a very high attention to detail
  • You can multitask and prioritize multiple projects at once
  • You thrive in a work environment where you own your work completely
  • You understand using Excel to create reports and measure impact
  • You have experience improving processes that impacted your team
