Cover Supervisor

Starting Salary:
£20,000

Monday - Friday | 8:15am - 3.30pm | Full-time | Term Time only
Have you got experience supporting children and young people and are looking for your next challenge? Do you have experience leading groups of individuals?

Masterclass Education are currently working with a fantastic secondary school in the Crawley area who are looking for Cover Supervisors to join their growing cover team._


This role is based in a mixed, mainstream secondary school on the outer area of Crawley and has great transport links via bus, as well as a car park onsite for staff.


The school, rated 'Good' by OFSTED in their latest inspection, are looking to expand their cover team, who support the continuation of education for students in the absence of their class teacher.


  • TEFL
  • Camp America
  • NCS Programme
  • Sports Coaching
  • Activities Instructor
  • Residential Support

Must have:


  • Experience supporting children, young people, or vulnerable individuals
  • Excellent behaviour management
  • High attention to detail and able to provide a high standard of support
  • A DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
  • Commitment to safeguarding children and young people
