We are seeking a self-starter passionate about the art and science of digital marketing. You will manage and optimise marketing campaigns in the Northern Europe region of the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.

This all-round role will enable you to work on campaigns through the full marketing funnel across paid, earned, and owned channels including: performance media, ATL, web, app, CRM, loyalty, and referrals.


Role Responsibilities

  • Support The Marketing Manager & the Northern Europe region, marketing team implementing regional business priorities in the Northern Europe region.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing and go to market teams (product, content, analytics, and pricing) as well as other regional and global crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Analysing data to recommend, coordinate, optimise, and implement robust marketing initiatives.
  • To create insightful marketing intelligence to drive decision making.
  • Build relationships with internal and external teams to influence positive actions.

Role Requirements

  • You'll be a good communicator who is able to build relationships and influence positive actions.
  • This allround marketing experience role will enableing you to work ondevelop campaigns through the full marketing funnel across paid, earned, and owned channels including: performance media, ATL, web, app, CRM, loyalty, and referrals.
  • You are naturally detailoriented, highly analytical, and have a data
- and results-driven approach.

  • You are "more than comfortable" and "excel" at analysing data to recommend, plan, coordinate, and implement robust marketing initiatives to achieve growth whilst managing cost per acquisition and lifetime value.
  • Proven experience and expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned media to drive customer acquisition and retention app store optimisation, search engine optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, affiliates, referrals, loyalty, and CRM
  • You are comfortable and thrive working under pressure in a competitive and fastchanging environment, whilst multitasking priorities.
  • A proven track record and ability to work independently and as a contributing team member for our Northern Europe region is required.
  • Excellent coordination & project management experience.
  • Experience of creating insightful marketing intelligence decision to drive decisions.
  • A passion for digital marketing as well as keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends is a definite plus.
