About us
A well-established Independent Electrical Distributor are looking for an assistant accounts payable to join their office in Crawley.

The business provides a wide range of products to customers, from their trade counter and by daily delivery service.


Person & Skills Required:


  • Experience with purchase ledger
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own.
  • Good Excel skills

Key responsibilities:


  • Uploading invoices relating to materials purchased
  • Entering overhead invoices
  • Check PoD's on direct purchases
  • GRN Checks
  • Proforma payments
  • Setting up new Supplier accounts
  • Setting up new Customer accounts
  • Inputting daily bank transactions onto the system
  • Fuel card maintenance
  • Supplier queries
  • Monitor Finance inbox
  • Reconcile credit cards and staff expenses
  • Provide support to the assistant finance manager where needed
  • Liaise with key members in the office

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
