    Job Title:
    Finance, Risk & Compliance - Procurement Specialist

    Location:
    London, UK


    Remuneration:
    £32.69 per hour

    Contract Details:
    Fixed Term Contract (24 November November 2026)

    Working Pattern:
    Full Time, Hybrid


    Responsibilities:
    Manage procurement processes in compliance with financial regulations and risk management policies.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between procurement strategies and organisational goals.
    Conduct thorough risk assessments for procurement activities, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
    Develop and maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, reports, and compliance records.
    Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and compliance standards.
    Provide expert guidance on procurement best practises, policies, and procedures to internal stakeholders.
    analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    Liaise with finance teams to ensure accurate budget management and reporting related to procurement activities.
    Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance trends, and best practises to enhance procurement processes.
    Participate in audits and reviews to ensure procurement activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Proven experience in procurement, finance, risk management, or compliance within the technology sector.
    Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and compliance regulations.
    Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
    Proficient in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
