We offer short term recovery-focused treatment as well as high dependency intensive treatment for complex, challenging cases.


We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Ward Clerk/Administrator to join us for 6 months at our Ridgeway site based in Mill Hill where you will be working across wards supporting the Ward Managers. Please note tis role is on a temporary basis for 6 months

POST OUTLINE


To act as the focal point of administrative communications for the ward, taking all telephone enquiries, personal callers/visitors and directing patients where necessary.


To be a member of the administrative team at Ellern Mede and undertake general administrative and secretarial duties to support efficient operations.


Main duties of the job
Liaising with health care professionals both internal and external

Support the Ward Manager

Booking appointments for patients

Filing

Scanning

Preparing admission packs

Basic Computer skills

Attend Meetings when required

Healthroster

Checking Agency invoices

Cover Reception for breaks and during annual leave and sickness
