Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting for an
Administrator to join our Team in the Customer Contact Centre, Blackburn (BB1 2PR).**The main goal of this role is to provide an efficient administration service to ensure that all customer requirements are delivered in a professional and timely manner and that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care.
Job Description:
- Proactive management of outstanding joborders, service and call outs
- Extensive customer liaison to resolve queries, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Proof reading and production of risk assessment documentation
- Daily invoicing of fire consultancy orders
- Preparation of reports and weekly KPI information
- Conversing with technical leaders and engineers to ensure all information is communicated correctly and timely.
Qualifications:
- Experience of administration support in a busy environment
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a good level of IT literacy
- Experience of working on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
