£40,000 - £55,000 plus 10% bonus and other benefits

TA8321**Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Commercial Manager join a dynamic and growing business in the Crawley area on a permanent basis.

This role is responsible for providing the commercial insights to drive commercial and trading decisions.

The individual will work with various departments across the business to ensure any factors which could influence the commercial position & tradingactivity are highlighted and reported on, in turn contributing to key business decisions.

Your duties will include:

Provide commercial insight to drive commercial and pricing decisions
Provide daily trading and budget analysis
Creation of daily & weekly commercial insights into trading patterns and areas of strength and weakness and to make confident recommendations based on data
Responsible for Commercial validation, working closely with Finance departments
Responsibility in owning key tasks with the expectation that they are carried out within expected timeframes and with high accuracy.
Ownership of trading through the various channels utilised as well as understanding market conditions, competition and working to sales/ margin targets

Key requirements:

Highly motivated with effective time management skills and high attention to detail
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Strong mathematical / logical capability
Highly commercially driven and motivated by commercial targets
Excellent knowledge in Excel and Power BI
An understanding of standard MS Office packages
