The Role

As a trainee finance business partner you can expect excellent training, early responsibility and full support for you to gain the CIMA qualification.

Working directly alongside the UK head of FP&A you will work on a range of projects that will give you great insight into the whole business.

You can expect to work on projects with a wide cross section of internal teams from Day 1, giving you the knowledge and understanding needed to progress into a full Finance Business Partner role

Main Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities for this new role are:

Performing first line reviews of financial performance against budget/forecast for our UK business
Preparing the reporting packs for leadership and board consumption,
Working with colleagues in FP&A to implement a new planning and reporting solution,
Working with the team to improve processes and reporting.
Providing business partnering support through regular dialogue and meetings.
Performing deep dive reviews and supporting the preparation of business cases for new initiatives
Preparing budget/forecast submissions for the UK business,
Special projects (eg new systems, M&A. international expansion and procurement activities).

What we are looking
We are looking for graduates from accounting and finance backgrounds but will also consider other degree backgrounds with a strong finance focus

in addition you should:
