Responsibilities:

Answer calls on the telephone.
Answer questions about company services and products.
Resolve problems that customers are experiencing.
Reply to questions and complaints in a polite and helpful manner.
Gather information about customers' needs and preferences and communicate that information to other customers service representatives.
Observe proper telephone technique.
Gather information about customer complaints, concerns, and feedback. Communicate with customers over the telephone; provide information about products or services requested; document contact details; record problem details; update account records; and gather feedback on service.
