This is a super opportunity for someone without the finance background experience to kick start their career in a great finance team.
I'm seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the Finance team function and work with a team of payroll administrators and deal with all associated queries for the business.
- Working as part of a team of 7 payroll administrators, reporting into the Payroll Manager.
- Main Core area is the smooth running of the weekly payroll.
- The team have over 50 individual payrolls to run paying c7000 temporary workers per week.
- Responsible for a number of payroll databases from start to finish, including importing from our front office system, manually entering holiday pay, downloading of any tax or NI changes from HMRC, running a number of payroll checks in order to completethe payroll for each temp, as well as sending RTI to HMRC.
- The role will require the individual to have good communication skills as they will be in liaison from temporary workers to branch staff including at times Directors.
- Ability to work to deadlines is vital as payrolls have to be completed on time to ensure that workers are paid on a timely basis.
