We are looking to appoint a Inclusive Support Lead to join our team based at our James Watt College.

To collaboratively lead inclusion, Inclusion development and practices across the College.

To co-ordinate the work of a team of Inclusion and Support Specialists

Including:

Facilitating support sessions
Transition planning
Interview and induction support and timetabling
Tracking student activity
Monitoring staff performance
Managing a caseload of EHCP reviews and providing auditable and excellent quality documentary evidence.
Operating as a specialist lead in an agreed specialism
