Based in Fareham, near Portsmouth


Blueprint Recruitment is looking for a recent or new graduate for an office based sales role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

If you are a recent graduate with an aptitude for business sales and you are looking for an exciting team based career positionwith full training, this could be a great opportunity for you.


This position is based at our offices on the waterside Cams Hall Estate business park in Fareham, near Portsmouth and will suit an ambitious graduate who wants to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

You will have excellent opportunities for career progressionand will become a specialist professional Recruiter in your chosen industry sector.


You will build relationships on the telephone, network with clients and help your customers to fill a range of positions.

Through our collaborative team working model you will receive mentoring from managers and support from your colleagues.

You will alsoreceive a good basic salary with commission and bonuses on top, so your earnings can increase substantially year on year.
