Description

Position:

Are you a motivated individual with a strong desire to lead, inspire, and drive sales success? The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day sales operations of the company.

This position is responsible for training and mentoring new managers as well.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the training of new managers
Collaborate with toptier sales professionals to gain handson experience in customer relationship management, negotiation strategies, and sales goal attainment.
Contribute to the development of strategic sales plans, utilizing market insights to drive business growth.
Assist in the daytoday sales operations of the business
Assist in the training and mentoring of new employees
Assist in the daily training of all Liverpool employees
Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain effective communication with all levels of management and other employees.
Goaloriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.

Salary:
£24,391.00-£26,562.00 per year
