Customer Service Advisor
£25,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience
Epsom, Surrey - Office Based

- Friday: 9:00 17:30**Reed Recruitment Epsom are partnered with a wellestablished games room equipment supplier with over 20 years' experience in their field and are based in central Epsom.
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their team and assist with after sales support and general customer care.
You should be able to work well in a team but also independently, with the skills to manage your own work in a timely manner.
As customer service advisor, you'll be covering the following responsibilities:
- Follow the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence appropriately on the customer service system
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help resolve customer requests
- Provide product troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be couriered out where necessary
- Booking in customers who may require on site engineer visits, plus preparing delivery/ service notes
Skills
Confident and professional
Reliable, honest and hardworking approach
At least 2 years' customer service experience with an eye for detail
Ability to deal calmly and effectively with distressed telephone callers and bringing the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
Good computer literacy (all systems used are computer based and many products we sell have computer systems driving them)
Ability to absorb product technical information and use this to assist customers with troubleshooting. (Due to the nature of our products, a reasonable interest in the more technical side of how products work would be an advantage)
Ability to work as a member of a team but taking responsibility to complete your own tasks.
Ability to follow systems/ paperwork/procedures whilst issues are brought to a conclusion
