Our front of house administrators / receptionists help to create that vital first impression for our customers when they telephone or visit Statkraft.

They are well organised, professional and enthusiastic.

They are also willing and able to support different parts of the business with administrative, front of house and housekeeping duties.

The receptionists work closely together and report to the Office Manager.


As a member of the wider Support Team, you will be the first point of call for both external and internal enquiries; so, in order to enjoy your job, you will need to enjoy supporting and helping others.


The Support Team also plays a big part in setting the tone of the office; so, we're looking for someone who will project a professional, enthusiastic and positive image whilst working in a busy and sometimes high-pressure environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring visitors to Statkraft are properly received and welcomed
  • Ensuring callers to Statkraft's main telephone line are dealt with effectively and appropriately
  • Managing the incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking couriers, local transport, and catering
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences
  • Assist with general housekeeping, ensure the office always looks presentable and meeting rooms are kept clear, coffee machines replenished and cleaned
  • Supporting other areas of the business with more detailed pieces of work
  • Adhering to the company values and business principles on sustainability, equal opportunities and other policies, constantly seeking to improve corporate and personal knowledge
  • Participate in company inductions for new starters, issuing QR codes as required and assisting new employees navigate the 22 Bishopsgate app.

Qualifications:

  • Present a professional image to customers (internal and external)
  • The proven ability to multitask successfully

  • Strong planning organisational skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Have a proactive and positive attitude
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
