Snowsport England is the National governing body for Snowsport and we have the responsibility for the development of Snowsports in England.
We are looking to build a team to help deliver our new strategy and to deliver our vision of Inspiring participation in Snowsport at Every level.
Location -The role is predominantly remote/home based, attendance to the office in Loughborough one day a week from January 2023.
Contract type - Permanent Full Time
Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience

Job Overview
To be the first point of contact for all day-to-day enquiries taking the lead with membership and club affiliations.
Support the Business & Operations Manager on processing invoices, expenses and updating the website, and supporting the wider team with general administration.
Main Purpose of Role:

Key Objectives of Role:

Member / Customer service
-
Financial administration o Uploading of receipts and expenses for bi-monthly pay runs o Checking expenses claims and getting relevant approvals o Chase up outstanding debts o Assist Business & Operations manager with quarterly and annual accounts

Website o Update website information as required with any news items, minutes and policy documentation o Link with committees to make sure latest minutes are up on the website o Support any changes to help answer and deal with regular enquiries

Safeguarding o Support the safeguarding lead on any administration on cases o Help contacting Club Welfare officer / Clubs as required o Help on any audit process

Board o Help with collating required reports for board packs o Support board administration as required
Other duties:
- Any other reasonable duties identified by the Chief Executive Officer within the post holders' capabilities and in line with the needs of Snowsport England
- Champion safeguarding in all areas of work
