    Lead Visual Merchandiser (Fashion)

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will play an integral part in creating and implementing the Company's Visual Merchandising strategy. This includes generating and managing VM layouts and guidelines, supporting the Retail department in driving these guidelines operationally, and continually looking for ways to drive the performance of the department/company forward.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and manage visual concepts and guidelines for seasonal ranges and shop-in-shops, ensuring alignment with the brand vision.
    2. Oversee the creative direction for current and new stores, guaranteeing all creative work fits within the overarching brand vision.
    3. Manage the store portfolio look and feel, encompassing visual merchandising, POS, windows, layouts, standards, and fittings.
    4. Select stock for photoshoots and campaigns, as well as images for in-store POS.
    5. Collaborate on window schemes and implement them in-store.
    6. Develop the creative direction for in-store visual offers, including in-store creative treatments, visual merchandising, and window displays.
    7. Lend overall design and direction for all retail shop fits to ensure the brand continues to move forward.
    8. Work closely with Retail, Buying, and Merchandising to align communications in line with the product vision.
    9. Collaborate with e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure a unified tone of voice across all touchpoints.

    Requirements

    1. Proven expertise in leading a VM team in a fashion retail environment.
    2. Demonstrated understanding of the market, target customer, and brand positioning.
    3. Awareness of market trends, commercial practices, and competitor activity.
    4. Experience in branding, layout, window design, and in-store visual merchandising.
    5. Financial management skills, including budget control.
