Description
Facilitate close working relationships with other clinical teams, inpatient and community, other agencies and non-statutory bodies in order to ensure the minimum disruption to patient care as the client moves through the service.
Act as advisor and educationalist in mental health care.Acting in a proactive manner to provide support and advise junior staff and other practitioners where they are experiencing difficulties with individual patients care.
Contribute to the induction of all new staff to the area as well as the development of induction processes.
Ensure that members of the team are aware of their own responsibilities in relation to inducting new staff members and that the relevant procedures are consistently adhered to.
