Salary:
£25,000 to £26,500 per annum


Location:
Baycroft, Great Baddow


Hours & Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are now recruiting a dynamic
Administrator to join our Care team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents.

Along with experience as an Administrator, you should have the ability to undertake HRduties and have a high-level computer skills.

And in return, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in day-to-day accounting: Billings, Credit control, Budget reporting etc
  • Aiding, as requested to provide a personal assistant service to the General Manager and Care Services Manager
  • Providing accurate and efficient typing support from written and recorded material, always maintaining confidentiality
  • Supporting the Home Manager and Care Services Manager in the delivery of corporate/strategic objectives and administration tasks, including diary management, preparation, and coordinating for/of meetings.
  • Designing, drafting and preparing presentational material as and when required and to design documentation suitable to our residents' needs, as and when required.
  • Preparing and recording documentation for meetings, to include drafting, typing, copying, collation and circulation of papers.
  • Planning, organising and prioritising own workload to meet deadlines.
  • Answering the telephone, recording accurate messages, responding positively to problems and queries and deal appropriately with any visitors to the home.
  • Working collaboratively with the finance and HR departments of One Housing Group

Please note:
this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
