Currently, we ship to over 150 other countries from our fulfilment centres in Glasgow & China, and Texas.

This role will also give you insight into the distribution and execution of cross-border ecommerce.


Key Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive within our marketing team. You will be assisting with all related tasks of the role and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

• Develop and manage Marketplace channels in Europe, North America, Middle East, Australia, and South East Asia
• Strategic planning and development of individual channels
• Manage product listings on each Marketplace, monitor products sales performance
• Ensure that adequate stock is available for demand in each Marketplace
• Pricing structure/automation manually or using 3rd party tools (Repricer, M2e)
• Constantly seek new growth opportunities in each Marketplace
• Plan and prepare B2B shipments to fulfilment centres worldwide
• Encourage sales on slow moving products to improve stock efficiency
• Report on marketplaces KPIs sales, products, customer feedback, returns, etc.
• Work with our Buying Department to introduce new target brands & products to each Marketplace
• Sponsored Ads Management
• Reporting on channel, region, and product performance
• Tactical use of vouchers, special offers, and promotions
• Manage advertisement budget as set by management
• Monitor and improve customer feedback/reviews

Skills Required:

Marketing Executive applicants require a minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field
:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
• You must be data driven and have strong data analytical skills
• You need to have very strong leadership skills
• Learning & exploring new technology tools to constantly automate Marketplace management
• You need to be a visionary and have a good understanding of Unineed's longterm goals and take this role from a Global Development Perspective
• You need to be a people person to fit into the company culture & team
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills with internal departments and external partners
• Ability to read, analyse and report to a high level
• Proficient in MS Office

Pay:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
